W. Basketball. All Five Spartan Starters Earn All-Big Ten Recogni...

Fresh off its Big Ten Championship, the Michigan State women's basketball team was well represented on the postseason All-Big Ten teams. All five Spartan starters earned all-conference recognition, led by redshirt freshman Aerial Powers being named to the First Team. Michigan State was the only team in the Big Ten with five players named to the All-Big Ten teams.

The Big Ten Conference has announced the preliminary seeds for the 2014 Big Ten Wrestling Championships, which are set for March 8-9 (Saturday-Sunday) at the Kohl Center in Madison, Wis. Michigan State has three wrestlers who earned top-10 pre-seeds, led by sixth-seeded senior Mike McClure at heavyweight. Junior John Rizqallah was tabbed a No. 8 seed at 184 pounds, while junior Nick McDiarmid earned a No. 9 seed at 197 pounds.
