Mizzou volleyball sophomore outside hitter Carly Kan (Honolulu, Hawaii) was one of 12 players selected to the USA Volleyball Collegiate National Team's Tour of China, as announced by USA Volleyball on Thursday (March 6). Kan, the reigning SEC Freshman of the Year and an honorable mention All-American, was one of four outside hitters selected to the roster, which will compete during a tour of China this summer from June 17-27.

For the first time since its conception in 2009, a Mizzou Tiger has received votes for the prestigious Bowerman Watch List, as released by the USTFCCCA (U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association) on Thursday. Although she fell just outside of the ten women on the list itself, junior Kearsten Peoples is one of only five additional female student-athletes to earn votes.
