The 20th-ranked Oklahoma men's tennis team (9-1) brought its win streak to seven after defeating No. 39 TCU Thursday, 6-1, at the Bayard H. Freidman Tennis Center.The win over TCU marks the Sooners sixth win over an ITA top 50 team and matches OU's best start, 9-1, since the 2007 season.

This season Oklahoma looks to its veteran leadership in Chelsea Moore and Meagan Harrell and sophomore coxswain Lauren Price, who all competed with the varsity four in 2009. Fifteen athletes from the University of Oklahoma travel to Fayetteville, Ark., this weekend for the 2010 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships. The group accounts for 13 entries in the event, 12 individual spots and one relay. The No. 2 Oklahoma men's gymnastics hits the road to battle Big Ten rival No. 6 Ohio State, Saturday, March 13. The matchup between the Sooners and the Buckeyes will start at 4:00 p.m. at St. John Arena. Oklahoma's (9-1) undefeated streak came to an end in a loss against No. 2 Stanford in a triangular with No. 9 Nebraska at the Devaney Center on the campus of the University of Nebraska, March 7.
