Spring preview: The linebackers [$]

The decision for the brief addressed was like all things in Tennessee's football program -- it was calculated as Lawson begin his quest to establish trust, belief and a standard of expectations that date back to Central Michigan when Lawson and head coach Butch Jones first joined forces.

Iowa State offers Dowell brothers

Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward's Andrew Dowell and David Dowell (pictured) are both four-star prospects, but because they play different positions their offer lists are not identical. Iowa State, however, did offer the pair Sunday night.
