Chandler, Ariz., quarterback Brett Hundley (6-4, 215, 4.6) is picking up offers lately as easy as he picks apart oposing defenses. He has picked up three offers this week to go with a Texas A&M offer two weeks ago. The word on the street is he is closing in on even more offers this week

In his latest update on ESPN's subscriber site, everyone's favorite person Joe Lunardi has the Huskies in the NCAA tournament. He includes them among last seven in the tourney. In order the list reads: Virginia Tech, Florida, Georgia Tech, San Diego State, Illinois, UW and Ole Miss.
Not sure that means, but it's a lot better than a week ago when the Huskies were on the outside of the bubble discussion.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - After seeing two higher seeds get knocked out of the Pacific Life Pac-10 Tournament, the No. 3 seed Washington Huskies appeared to be next on the chopping block. But they overcame a nine-point halftime deficit to defeat No. 6 Oregon State 59-52 Thursday night to advance to the semifinals, where they will play Stanford.

CLEVER BEAVERS: Now OSU is forcing turnovers and connecting on its shot attempts to pull within 24-20. It's a 6-0 run led by Palmer, the freshman. She had a similar spurt in the teams' last meeting and was shutout in the second half for the Husky win. We'll see what happens tonight.

Seems like we have one of these reports every week or so. A few days ago, a small newspaper in Oregon reported Jefferson High standout Terrence Jones was going to sign with Kentucky.
Two days ago, the Epoch Times reported Jones and Terrence Ross are "rumored to be leaning toward Washington in a possible package deal."
On its pay site, Husky Digest cites a Kentucky source, which confirms the rumor and has both guys signing with UW.
